No results with Evolve/Evoke - advice?

I had 6 sessions of Evolve and Evoke weekly starting 8/3/23 and have seen zero results. Even at my 6 week follow up after my last session we saw no results in my before and after pictures. Is it me and it just didn’t work on me? I went to my doctor who has done 2 cosmetic surgeries for me with amazing results! Do I ask for an alternative treatment at no cost? A refund? I’m $30k in at this point so I’m a pretty good client
