I am considering a breast reduction. Is it possible to painful lumps due to wearing a underwire bra all the time?

I am currently breastfeeding and want a reduction when j am done breastfeeding. I have noticed pain where my bra lines are at. I have to wear wired bras. I need the support. Is it possible that my pain is due to the wires?
