I’m 5'9" and 21 years of age. I’m underweight for my height. I won’t settle for anything other than a B cup. I’m a frequent runner and have back, neck and shoulder pain from my boobs. I know it is possible to go less than a C cup. I don’t want to spend over 12 grand. I’m covered by Medicare and private health.
Answer: Breast Reduction Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible to reduce to a B cup. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. Best wishes!

Answer: Can I have E cups reduced to a full B? Tissue density will always play a big role in the number of grams removed. Going too small can sacrifice the shape of the breasts. The nipple has to have a blood supply to survive from the underlying tissue. A PS cannot guarantee that a breast will be a specific cup size after reduction. Very large breasts rarely are reduced by more than two or three "cup" sizes. A breast lift would reshape the tissue and move the areola to an improved location. It does not require removal of breast tissue, as the breast reduction would, but only skin tightening. You would benefit from a breast lift because of the elongated shape of your breasts with nipples drooping lower than your breast crease and areolas pointing downward. A breast lift without an implant or fat grafting does not add superior breast fullness. I would recommend that you consult via email or Skype with a board certified PS to determine if a breast reduction which will include a breast lift is the best treatment plan.

Answer: Breast reduction Dear Genuine613701, breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. This way, my patients are achieving beautiful results with minimal incisions which reduces downtime and delivers an overall better breast shape long term.If you are considering breast reduction surgery, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure your surgeon understands your goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Can I have E cups reduced to a full B? Breast cup size is variable based on brand to brand of bra so most surgeons will not say they will give you a specific size. Generally, the surgeon will listen to the patient concerns and tailor the results to the desires of the patient. Whether you end up a full B or small C can change from company to company of bra. You may struggle to find a surgeon who can please you if you are trying to demand an exact result. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.
