I have ~20 fibroadenomas in my 34DDD breasts (and have bilateral “hidden scar” incisions from previous lumpectomies). I want a breast reduction (down to a small B cup if possible), but I’m curious if tumor-filled boobs make the procedure more likely or less likely to be covered by insurance, or if it matters at all for the procedure? Or if it’s harder? My consult isn’t for months, which is why I’m asking here! Thank you!!

Hello and thank you for your question.
It is possible to reduce to a B cup. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. Best wishes!
Thank you for your questions. Sounds like you could benefit from a breast reduction procedure. Age is not as important as overall health status. Make sure you get a consultation with a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Hope this helps!
