Need help getting rid of a fat nodule from SculpSure

I have a fat nodule as a result from a SculpSure treatment I received over 3 years ago. The fat nodule developed shortly after the treatment, and the MD who administered the SculpSure instructed me to keep massaging it and it will go away. Over 3 years later, the fat nodule is still there. MD who administered the SculpSure treatment stated there is nothing he can do for me to get rid of the fat nodule. Help on what treatment I can get to make this fat nodule go away is greatly appreciated.
