I feel that they are quite different, the nipples point in different directions. I was a 34ddd prior and wanted to be a C and they are a D. I feel that the are still a little saggy. I fail the pencil test. My scars are raised and hypertrophic. I still have bra strap/shoulder pain. I think they are still too big. Should I ask my surgeon to redo them or seek a second opinion? Do my breasts look good or could they be improved? Not sure if I was expecting too much or if I should seek a second opinion.

A breast reduction could easily reduce your discomfort due to your enlarged breasts. As for the mastopexy option, I would recommend checking with your particular Insurance plan to see if it covers the procedure.
Recovery varies from patient to patient but at this point of your recovery you should be noticing an increasing improvement in your discomfort. Best to arrange a review with your surgeon.
