Hyaluronidase caused persistent swelling at maxilofacial soft tissue. When can I fractional laser or derma pen? (photos)

4 months ago tried to have hyaluronidase to dissolve what seemed a residue of filler at the maxillofacial area. But the injection looked like trapped and caused swelling with edema. After few weeks of using anti-inflammatory medicines and gels just the inflammation itself gone but still have the trapped look as it raised with soft tender tissue. when I do massage or fractional laser or derma pen it inflamed again and swelled like before and takes 5 days to return back to its persistent swollen.
