Hi there, I am just a 15-yr-old student, I have some small moles on my face, they are quite disgusting. So far I have more than 20 bucks/mole to get rid of...I am wondering if there is any other ways to get rid of them, naturally or cheaper? I found a natural Wart, Mole, Skin tag Remover on the internet called Masele AHA spot treatment. it seems very work, Are there any one tried it before?

Answer: Removing moles
Moles, or nevi, are nests of melanocyte cells in your epidermis and dermis. They cannot be removed with creams, or lotions. Removal of moles with laser often risks incomplete removal, and skin changes that could prevent you from noticing a change in the mole later. Changes in moles are one of the few signs we have that cells in the mole are becoming cancerous, that is developing into melanoma. Moles shouild be removed surgically, and sent to a dermatopathologist for evaluation to make sure they were completely benign. If the scar would be worse than the mole itself, then it should not be removed at all.
Freckles can look like moles but are more superficial. These can be improved with sun protection, bleaching creams and laser procedures. See a board certified dermatologist with expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology to assess your brown spots and see what, if anything, can be done about them.
Hope that helps.
