Thank you for your question. I would recommend a laser that uses picosecond technology. They are the superior technology. The PiQo4 laser has 4 Pico wavelengths including 1064 which black responds very well to. I have been practicing tattoo removal for 20 years and have 5 Pico wavelengths. Dr. Daniel Ritacca

All of the above are types of Q-switched lasers.  Your best option is a picosecond laser.  Because your tattoo is black you need to find a picosecond laser that has a 1064nm wavelength.Good Luck!Dr. Shah

All the lasers listed are Q Switched lasers. Black is the easiest ink to remove but yours is very dense ink. Don't judge any treatments on price. I think all are fairly equally good for this tattoo. I would see if any offered R20 or R0 protocols which is several passes in the same day. Reportedly the Pico lasers: Picosure, Enlighten, and Picoway laser are able to remove tattoos in half the treatments. Make sure you are not paying double for these though.
