IPL cant affect the menstrual cycle and can be used in the groin. I suggest seeing an expert and pre treat the area with vivatia foam to prevent hyperpigmentation (see link).  Best, Dr. Emer.

An IPL Treatment over the pubic skin area should not affect the menstrual cycle. If you are having issues with delayed cycles it’s best to see a gynecologist.
