Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. While I do not know of any reputable Plastic Surgeons in Turkey, I do recommend that your surgeon is board-certified and part of the Turkish Board of Plastic Surgery.  These are standard in any country, much like the United States of America.
