visits. Ask about their credentials and certification, and ask to see real
results of past rhinoplasty patients. Also, try asking family, friends, and

The entire medical system in Pakistan is not up to the standards and quality of care in the United States when considering sterility, Medicare certification of the ambulatory surgery center, and board certification of anesthesiologists and facial plastic surgeons. It is extremely important that the surgeon that you choose has done thousands of rhinoplasty surgeries to keep the revision rate to a minimum.

That is a difficult question to evaluate. I would contact local physicians and ask for recommendations.

Yes there r many capable surgeons in Pakistan. All U hv to do is to research a bit.
Rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult surgery as the procedure may
vary from a very simple and straightforward one to a very complex one,
demanding a great deal of expertise from the surgeon. 
 It is best not to concentrate upon only the cost as Costly may not
always be the best and the best may not necessarily always be costly.
It is best to research well B4 U finalize yr surgeon. Do ask for his
results of real patients , both pictures as well as  videos.
If U cant find a suitable surgeon in yr locality, its always wise to
travel a bit to a better surgeon rather than going under the knife of a
newbie.

There are great surgeons everywhere and there are lousy surgeons everywhere. Just because you paid $15K in Beverly hills for a Rhinoplasty it does not mean you will get a better result or be happier than if you had a $2000 rhinoplasty in Missouri or Pakistan.
But, in general, anesthesia and infections are better controlled in larger, better equipped settings. Again, a major hospital in Pakistan may be safer than a small surgery center in the U.S. . It all just depends. You have to do lots of homework.

There are good surgeons all over the world. Do your research the same as you would livilng in New York or Paris.
Trusted doctors, a known medical center, or a medical school can be reliable sources of information. A friend or associate who has had similar work may also give you a referral.
