Chronic swelling of tip. Interstitial fluid bloating. Feeling of "space" or gap between subcutaneous and cartilage. Occasional "infection" at dermis (red, painful, surface pores ooze/pus). 2x Triamcinolone injections = 5 days of relief, then swelling returns. 3x months doxycycline (infection?) = no change. LED and IPL courses (rosacea?) = no change. Diet, exercise, done it ALL. ENT says "next step thin subcutaneous tissue in surgery". Any ideas before I return to theatre? Help!
