Retin-A and Laser Treatment for Spider Veins. Should I Discontinue Retin-A?

I have been using Retin-A for 9 weeks now with no problems,but am due to get some laser treatment on my face for spider veins and need to know if i need to stop using the Retin before treatment,the Retin is working pretty well for my acne,scars etc..so not so keen to stop....ty for any advice in advance.

Whenever there is pain in the extremity following sclerotherapy or any vein procedure, re-evaluation is warranted by the injecting physician and also Duplex venous ultrasonography to make sure there is no deep vein thrombosis.
