resolved infected umbilicus (superficial skin) started in November For almost a month, the patch of skin which was raw from infection still doesnt look like the surrounding skin. It has a dark pink/red undertone and sometimes almost looks brown. It appears to me there is a tiny circle of skin that isnt growing back on the left side of the umbilicus. Under ambient light the area resembles the whole area of infected skin that became raw in November self dressing with normal saline every day.

Luminase and Exfolase creams are recommended for dark discoloration on the skin. The product works well on Indian skin. I would combine with fractional laser.
