Renuva or Fat Transfer for cheeks? (Photo)

Would Renuva be effective enough to fix the hollowness in my cheeks, or would a fat transfer be necessary? My main concern with fillers is the cost of maintenance (impermanence) and their long term effects (aesthetically and medically)

Of all the options you considered, fat grafting would be my first choice. Selecting an experienced surgeon with a good reputation in this technique should be your next step. Hope this helps.

Renuva should be safe for immunocompromised patients. It is tested for purity. The cost is around 2000$ for 3 to 3 1/2 syringes. For 5 1/2 to 6 syringes, it would be around 3000$. This is because Renuva needs to be diluted. (And depending on the lot, some of the source is thicker than others)....
