Does this look like normal wearing off of under eye filler after six years? (Photos)

I got under eye filler six years ago. I had very extensive under eye bags. They came out beautiful. They have lasted six years. I had one little area that had a bump the last couple years. Nothing bad now my eyes are very puffy if I put pressure on the under eye area for more than a few minutes. It sometimes leaves an indent.indent that doesn’t go away for a day or two the person who did my under eye filler has reassured me that this is because the filler is wearing off. It has been six years and that is my natural fat and that all I need is a little bit more filler. migrated or is she right that maybe a little bit more filler would do the jobjob
