19, male. What are some recommendations to fix my big eye creases? (Photo)

I’ve had these huge grooves in my eyes for as long as I can remember. I’m a 19 year old male that has always never fully been ok with my appearance because of them I’ve got so much self-esteem issues and I’m wondering what ways would be possible to get rid of them and how much would it typically cost?
