I had major itching and facial numbness after Botox in my forehead. It lasted 3 months. 2 years later I had it again, without the problem but 3 months later was diagnosed with MS I had used Botox for years needing it only once or twice a year for good results up until that first problem.

Since you have been using Botox, and since Botox and Dysport units are NOT the same, I think it's perfectly reasonable for the PA to recommend a possible touchup visit about 2 weeks after your initial Dysport injection. After all, it's better to add a few more units after two weeks...
Dysport does not affect depression because it only gets absorbed locally and not systemically. Nothing has ever been reported of Dysport affecting depression in anyway.
