Hi, I suffer from severe facial blushing. It has got to the stage where I dread going to work and college because of the fear of blushing. it happens more than 5 times a day on average I would say. I have read about beta blockers but I am asthmatic (only very mild) and have read that you shouldn't take them if you are asthmatic. Can I take these? Or are there alternatives? Thanks in advance
