Looking for an experienced doctor in North Carolina to give fillers for tear trough/dark circles?

As somebody who is pretty young, I'm thinking fillers are the best option at this point for my tear trough thinness. From what I have read this procedure is very skill dependent, so I want somebody very experienced with bad cases like mine. Additionally, what is the general cost for restylane or juvaderm in this area?
