Is it safe to get diluted Radiesse in the same spots I got Sculptra?

Many injectors layer these products so you should not have a problem using both.

Based on your previous questions and concerns over acne scar, you may need fat grafting and facelift. Please send pictures for better evaluation. Radiesse is calcium product and would not mix it with Sculptra.
