Supraorbital bone implant for hollow eyes?

I do not recommend a supraorbital implant.  However, your desired goals of having less prominent eye and fuller upper eyelids can be achieved by combination of cosmetic orbital decompression (to push the eyeball back) and filling around the eyes with filler or fat (which would make the upper eyelid appear less elongated and fuller).

It's pissible to achieve these results with methylmeracrylate ( cement) or fat grafting. Seek a Craniofacial plastic surgeon in your area specializing in this field.
