Who to pursue to get refund, dentist or Clearcorrect?

I started in Nov 2011 and my teeth are not aligned the dentist has sent the trays back 6 times and Clearcorrect wants to charge me a fee (I already paid in full). I now have a space between my incisors, the dentist insisted on 'shaving' them even though I requested him not to. I have not received a new set of trays since Aug. If I hired someone to paint my house and paid them in full for it, and they only painted one wall I would be sending them to small claims to recover my money.

Ultimately, I would want my teeth to look and feel great, so before pursuing a refund, I would work with your current dentist to see if he/she can finish the job.  If you have no trust in your dentist at all, then get a second opinion from another dentist that does Clear Correct.  It may be possible for you to transfer your case to another dentist.  I've had great experiences with Clear Correct and I actually prefer it over Invisalign, but every person is different and every dentist has a different story.  Good luck to you and I hope your current dentist can fix your issue without pursuing a refund.
