Doctors! Is purpura after a PDL a guaranteed (clear!) indication that the vessels have been destroyed? And that there should be improvement in redness after purpura is gone? Or is it possbile that purpura also appears from vessels partially destroyed that will restore again? Thank you for answers!

Yes, the laser beam does not penetrate deep enough to go through your lip fat and muscle to get to the metal. Some people may feel some heat, and we use soaked gauze to make it more comfortable for them.
