Do you think Prozac triggered my baldness when I was 17?

I was on Prozac in 2014. I developed a receding hairline in 2014. By 2015 my hair density and receding hairline got worse I don't remember scary shedding in the shower until late 2016 and got off Prozac in late 2016 in late 2015 my scalp burned and frontal area got really thin. I then got on fin in 2017 and the shedding stopped. Do you think Prozac triggered my baldness at 17? I would like to take lexipro but I don't want telogen affluvium
