Proper use of minoxidil 5%

Question

Hi, Could you please let me know, if my procedure is right or I have o change it a bit. I'm using 1ml of minoxidil in the early morning (8 am), after that I go to office and doing my regular stuff. Then I use my 2nd dose of 1ml minoxidil between 2-3 pm. And go to the gym at 4 pm. After coming from the gym, I clean my hair at 7 pm. (3 time shampoo in a week). I am concerned about the time interval between my 2 doses of minoxidil, and doing workout after 2 hours of using minoxidil.

In my opinion, your protocol of waiting 2 to 3 hours before exercise is adequate. I would add a Microneedle roller .25 mm to be used prior to application This will aid absorption. You can also consider low dose oral Minoxidil.  Find a hair specialist.

As long as you are allowing 30 minutes to an hour for the minoxidil to be absorbed into the scalp that should be fine.
