I do not have Breast implants, but my chest reminds me of a Breast surgery gone bad because there is too much space between my breast. I am a C cup. Even when I wear a push up bra, it is easy to see the space between them. My chest does not look as full as other's.

Your condition is called Pectus Carinatum ( latin for "bird like" chest")
A lot of good advice has been given on this forum, I would only add that the best option for you will be to use a High Profile implant.
The high profile implant projects more from the chest wall, counteracting the effect...
Simply put, a breast lift is to lift the breast tissue and nipple position. The augmentation is to add volume. Both are completely different procedures but can be combined together.
Thank you for the question. There is no need to stop upper or lower body exercise prior to undergoing breast augmentation surgery. Your plastic surgeon will guide you postoperatively when it comes to resuming activities. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very happy with.
