I'm a 30 year old male with severe facial ingrown hair issues. The condition which best represents my issue is Pili Multigemini.

Multiple hairs grown from a single follicle, cannot push through the skin, become infected and cause huge cyst like bumps (the size of a quarter or larger). I have them with a beard or if I shave, makes no difference. This is constant and at any given moment I have 5 or more large bumps on my face which can last for months. Can laser hair removal reduce my beard growth and help solve this issue? Or will it be all patchy and horrible looking? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
