Stopped taking Accutane. How long before it will be out of my system?

I started taking accutane a month ago and I got sick the first week for two days and so it continued for a month I was never sick before accutane. I stopped taking it yesterday because I got swollen eyes, chronic headache, joint pain and back pain that goes with a burning throat and ears that never stops I can't eat or sleep. I took scedule 5 pain medication to numb the pain but it only worked for the back pain and headache. How long before accutane will be out of my system?

The medication, in theory, will take approximately 3-5 days to clear your system but some side effects may persist a bit longer.  Symptoms of swollen eyes, burning throat and burning ears are unusual and may be a signal of a more severe reaction or symptoms of a coincidental illness.  Symptoms such as these should prompt an immediate phone call to your doctor for evaluation.  Severe reactions such as Stevens-Johnson Syndrome have been reported with isotretinoin. As previously mentioned, if you are experiencing suggest such side effects please do call your provider.
