Hello! It sounds like you might have some cement left under your gums, you should go back to your dentist's office for them to be able to see it and if needed clean it, in the mean time try to gently floss. Hope this helps, good luck

Hi there...it just depends on how big the hole is and whether there is a cavity.  Sometimes fillings fall out when a cavity develops underneath the filling.  Your dentist will be able to tell once they can take an xray on the tooth.  Hope this helps.
