I got these tattoos 6 months ago. Few days after getting them I noticed dark spots around the "leaves". I found out that they're "blowouts" that can happen, when the needle goes too deep into the skin. They really bothers me. I'm interested in laser removal, but also afraid that the blowouts are too deep in the skin and a laser won't do a thing. I messaged two clinics and the first one said that it can be done with Pico Clear laser, and the second said that blowouts will stay. What can I do?

The black inks are easier to remove because it absorbs all wavelengths. I would wait at least a month before lasering the area. That black is profound so dont expect a quick removal but unless that ink has substances in there making laser removal more difficult I would think it should come off.
It will take a series of treatments either through laser or microneedling to see any difference. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a laser tattoo removal expert. If it's new, you'll want to wait until it's completely healed (around 4-6 weeks) Best, Dr. Emer
When I have a white ink oxidize to a dark color I treat that oxidized area look black and use my Q YAG. I find most of the time it removes the color but takes multiple sessions probably more than if it started as black ink
