I was a fat girl until 13 years old, but by the time I became an adult I was within 130 pounds - 5’7” height. I gained up to 20 pounds with pregnancy 25 years ago. Because I exercise 3-5 times between cardio and weights, I was back to my normal weight which I have keep for years. However, I never never never have been able to wear bathing suit due to my inner thigh sagging. I have max exercise routines, weight and amorphous tx but no expected improvement. What are my options?
