Swelling in the malar region (both sides) 3 months after of Co2 laser resurfacing - is this normal? (photos)

I performed a Co2 laser 3 months ago on my entire face, I didn't do it on the eyelids. But the malar region was hit. After these 3 months the swelling in the malar region of the sides did not disappear. What should I do?
