Received full ablative CO2 laser on face 5 weeks ago. Can I use sauna and very hot yoga without any pigmentation concerns?

The studio I go to is extremely hot.

You might want to start with a retinol cream/skin care, peels and microneedling. But if your skin is very wrinkled and crepey from the sun and if you have early sun damage you may need peels, lasers, and microneedling with PRP. Please be sure to wear sunscreen to prevent further wrinkling....
