In medicine there is nothing that is foolproof. But yes, if you have an experienced injector, the combination of Botox and filler should give you very good results.

You should most definitely stop wearing anything on your face with adhesive.  It will not prevent you from making wrinkles.  It can damage the skin.  Get the Botox as planned.
