Going under anesthesia for breast surgery and the surgery itself should not affect your Botox. I have often performed Botox injections for the face while the patient is under anesthesia for a breast augmentation or tummy tuck and have not noted any complaints of it acting differently or wearing off faster. Getting the Botox the day before the surgery should not affect it either. I would still inform your surgeon and ask him/her how they feel about however.
