I had fraxel dual from my dr 3 days ago to to correct my acne and burn scarring. He told me to tell him what settings to use but I had no clue. I had fraxel a couple years ago with a different dr who used high settings, but I had no odd side effects. My current derm set it at 8/10 and I oozed yellow liquid & it crusted over. When I called, he told me to use Polysporin. I'm worried all the crust and raw skin may cause more scarring? & is it normal that my burn scar is showing no improvement yet?
