What are the risks of going to a tanning bed after a professional microneedling session?

Hello, About a year ago I had a professional micro needling session done at my dermatologists' office. Shortly after this session, I went to a tan bedding every day for the next few days. Since then, there seems to have been a drastic change to my face, I just can't pinpoint what exactly. So my question is, what are the risks of going to a tanning bed after a professional microneedling session?
