I have looked into everything from crowns to implants to fix my broken lateral incisor. I just want to know what the options are for this type of repair. I included a picture with hopes that someone can point me in the right direction. Thank you so much.

You must remove the implant and not put anything else, so the tissues: bone and gum will recover better, place a new graft right now, you take the risk of getting infected.

Tearing a suture would not cause intense pain. Especially a week after the procedure. It is possible one of the implants became infected and needs to be removed. See your dentist immediately to rule out infection. Or if it is infected, to start treating it immediately.
