Before having the proper treatment you need an evaluation of the tooth with xray, and your bite (occlusion). Generally speaking you have few options such as tooth bonding, porcelain veneer, possible crown. All have different costs, and pros and cons.

Hello and thank you for your great question. Picture certainly helps, but an x-ray is essential in your case, because the crack is below the gum line. X-ray will show exact location of it. In case it fractured below bone level, extraction and implant would be recommended in most cases. If it broke above bone level AND there is enough healthy tooth structure, a crown certainly can be done with a good prognosis, assuming the nerve is not exposed. If it is, then root canal therapy would be needed as well.
