The trick is finding a dentist who works with a very good technician who will see you himself/herself and take pictures. 

The dentist and technician then decide together the best material and type of restoration before they begin. 




The technician/ceramist is key!

Hi. This dentist sounds like a really good and has clearly given you all the correct options. 

Personally I would advise not restoring this tooth as it really is not going to last much longer regardless of crown lengthening. Also, because crown lengthening removes bone you’d end up losing what bone you might need in future for an implant. 




Definitely extract. 




I’d recommend and implant because a bridge would rely on other teeth, the one in front #4 being slightly compromised.

Hi. I really think veneers would be a massive shame for someone with such a nice smile. You are young. Veneers cause irreversible harm to teeth no matter what anyone tells you. Enjoy your smile!

The short answer is that you don’t need socket preservation unless there was a lot of bone missing initially. Even then, it’s better to let your bone heal naturally. If grafting is required at implant placement then it’ll be less and more effective than the use of bone materials at extraction, because the bone materials generate a poorer quality bone. 

So relax and let them proceed.

If it's the whole implant that was removed and the bone is visible then you may have what is referred to as a dry socket. Please see your dentist as soon as possible so this site can be dressed to help it heal. You will also probably need antibiotics.
