It is never just 1 crooked tooth. Usually the arch has become narrow due to tooth movement or teeth clenching or even failed orthodontic retention. The good news is that Invisalign is so far advanced that we can treat the whole arch to create space, allowing that 1 crooked tooth to realign.Your UR1 tooth is severely rotated and thus needs a lot of space and time to be corrected. We always move the surrounding teeth to create space, thus avoiding extractions.
