I Popped Two Pimples and Now the Shape is Different. Did I Ruin my Rhinoplasty?

Hello, 14 months ago I had a rhinoplasty to correct a bulbous nose, about 7 months after the surgery I got two huge pimples side to side on the right side of my nose. Before that the right side of my nose was very well defined and sharp looking. I popped the pimples and after that the side has become somewhat sunk, I no longer have the perfect definition I had on that side and the area where the pimples were is red it's now 7 months after. Did I ruin my results? Is there a chance it will heal?

With rib cartilage grafts it is very important to fix the grafts in place to reduce warping or absorption.  There will likely not be enough ear or septal cartilage avalable to augment your bridge.
