I have an older bridge that covers 3 teeth (the middle tooth is the one missing). The bridge is probably 6 years old and the back tooth is suddenly very sensitive to hot/cold. I've flossed under, over, around in hopes that would fix the problem but alas, it is not. Any ideas?

Hi, the most important thing is how many tooth have the bridge, then we have to evaluate your support teeth to see if don't need root canal or is just a cavity.
It looks like the gum tissue flap blood circulation is compromised and the tissue is getting necrotized ( death of tissue). It is a kind of emergency and, so see your surgeon as early as possible.
