I'm having multiple visits for a tooth implant surgery and that I will need X-rays for. Will I need to remove them? And will they show?

for xray or CBCT it is necessary to remove when it comes in area of interest [its shadow on xray film] otherwise no need to remove metal piercing jewelry. for MRI is is must to remove all metal parts present on any part of body.

No, only metallic objects that are on / in / through your head. Since the xray is limited to your head, you will not have to remove it.
