I think you mean Osstem or Adin Dental Implants.  Osstem is a Korean implant company and Adin is an Israeli implant company, both with proven track records. I have placed both implants and have found both to be good dental implants -John Kong, DDS 

Hi. if you have a lot of infection it is better to remove the tooth and wait a few months to place the implant, but also for that is better than your dentist review and with the x-rays and you could say that is possible to perform the treatments together. Merry Christmas and good luck
