I had an atrophic scar on the bridge of my nose revised, which improved it but left a smaller atrophic scar. Six months post-revision, Restylane was used to fill the scar. Can Sculptra be used alongside Restylane to stimulate sufficient collagen for long-term filling of the scar?

Hello Kevin,
Nasal skin is too thin for Sculptra, I would recommend multiple sessions of hyaluronic acid injections until the scar is improved.  Good luck and be well.

Sculptra is a semipermanent filler and Restylane is a temporary filler. Neither then offers permanent results.  On the other hand, subcision, which I have been performing since 1995, is a simple, relatively inexpensive procedure for long-term elevating and smoothing all kinds of atrophic scars from all causes in all skin types that has a very long track record for both safety and efficacy. 
Once the scar has been maximally elevated, professionally performed manual microneedling (no need for the added expense or risks of RF microneedling) can be used to better blend in both color and texture the superficial, surface portion of the scar with the surrounding normal nasal skin. 
You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist. Best of luck.
