I'm a 38 year old adult with serrated edged teeth. I want to fix this. Options?

Depending on the extent of these "serrations", a combination of enamoplasty/ very light bonding could be done to improve the appearance.  I would love to see a picture to finalize my suggested treatment plan.

Thank you for posting your question.  Are you just concerned with the uneven edge?  Depending on the amount of uneven edge there is a recontouring procedure that can even out the edges.  That may be all you need.  However, if too much tooth structure would be removed then you can only correct it with bonding or veneers.  Hope this helps!  Good Luck!    

Pictures would help understand what you mean by serrated. My initial thought is that you have mamelons that haven't worn down. These are developmental and usually wear flat over time. These are very easy to smooth down. If it's due to the edges chipping, that's a different issue and would be handled differently.
