You can perfect your already beautiful smile with some very fine gun surgery to bring the gingival level of your two front teeth higher that way you would not feel the front two teeth are too far down. Position wise I think they are right where they need to be. Find a great gum specialist to trim the gingiva on 8 & 9 for you . Best Dr Mandy
It would help if you had an X-ray of the tooth. In a nutshell, contact between teeth should be established after any restorative work, otherwise food impaction /plaque retention can cause not only issues for the tooth but for the supporting gum and bone around the tooth. sometimes when the design of the tooth prep is not retentive enough, the crown keeps getting loose and comes off. If you wish to keep the tooth and restore it, the tooth needs to be re prepped, u might even need some crown lengthening procedure to give ur dentist more tooth structure to design a better prep. hello, I would suggest two porcelain veneers to close that gap. Make sure u ask ur Dr to check and make sure the frenum muscle attachement is not too low; if it is it needs to be relieved. Good luck Dr Mandy
