I have a flat philtrum. Overall i do have good facial growth however my philtrum is flat i don't know if it's got to do with the nose bone structure or philtrum muscles. I don't know much about the face. Whenever i look at east asians, their philtrum seems so protrude nicely forward. I dont know what category to put this in.

The answer is no, the Russian lips technique does not cause migration, please make sure that you get your treatment done by a board certified cosmetic surgeon to make sure everything is done correctly.
It's difficult to make an assessment of facial balance without seeing your whole face. From the photos provided there is nothing that stands out as being obvious or out of proportion. If you would like to try lip fillers, be sure to visit with an expert injector and discuss your treatment goals.
Hi @tourmaline. This appears to be a capsular contracture. This is when a large bolus of filler has been injected and a capsule develops around the surface. This capsule contracts creating a nodule or a lump. This can be reversed with Hyaluronidase.
